How do I order a statement for my account?

1. Log in to the app.
2. On the Home screen tab, your ‘Everyday’ space shows a list of your current and credit cards accounts. You will also find separate spaces for your ‘Savings’, ‘Loans’ and ‘Mortgage accounts’, which you can access from the ‘Home’ screen too.
3. Either tap on the three dots beside the account you are looking for a statement on or tap directly on the account in a specific space.
4. Tap ‘Statements’.
5. On the next screen, tap either your ‘Account statements’ or ‘Statements of fees’.
- If the account type is not eligible for statements, the option will not be available in the app.
- Statements can be downloaded to your phone. You can download statements to your phone. Tap on the Statement you want to download, then tap the download icon in the top right hand corner of the screen.
1. Log in to the app.
2. Select Settings and tap Statements.
3. Select the account you want to order a statement on.
4. Click on Order more recent statement.
Please Note: The statement will be for the period from your last statement issue date to the date of ordering.
1. Log in to AIB Internet Banking where you can access your eStatements by clicking on Accounts, select Statements and Fees and click on Statements.
2. You will have the option to print your eStatements free of charge. If you choose to Order Statement, this will include transactions from the last date your statement issued to the day you are ordering.
1. Call our Customer Service Team on 0818 724 724 (+353 1 771 24 24 from outside Ireland).
2. Select option 1 and enter your security details.
3. Press 4 for PIN Retrieval and Statement Order, and follow the steps to get complete your request.
Please Note: Statement will be for a period from last statement issue date to date of ordering.
