How do I query a payment on my AIB card?

1. Log in to your AIB mobile app.
2. There are two ways to query a transaction made on a card.
Option 1:
1. Tap on ‘Cards’ in the menu at the bottom of the screen.
2. Select the Card you want to see a ‘Transaction’ on.
3. Tap on the ‘Transaction’ you want to see more about.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap ‘Query this transaction’ and follow the on-screen steps to tell us what your query is about.
Option 2:
1. On the home screen select the specific ‘Account’ in your ‘Everyday’ space that you want to see.
2. Tap on the ‘Transaction’ you want to see more about.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap ‘Query this transaction’ and follow the on-screen steps to tell us what your query is about.
1. Log in to the app
2. Tap on 'Services', then tap on 'Support'
3. Tap 'Question a card payment'
4. Select the reason that you want to query the payment and complete each step of the form to the end
5. Tick the box that confirms you are happy to use your electronic signature
6. Tap 'Confirm', and 'Done'.
1. Log in to AIB Internet Banking,
2. On the Account Overview page, click on the relevant current account or credit card
3. Select Historical Transactions and click on the plus (+) button beside the transaction for more detail.
Note: The Search button can also be used to help to find the transaction.

Go to the Online Forms section within the Help Centre, click on Additional Forms and Brochures, then click on 'Credit Cards', and then select the 'Dispute a Transaction on My Debit/Credit Card' form. This form is also available on the AIB Mobile app.
