How do I change the address on my AIB account and/or credit card?

To change your address:
1. Log in to the app.
2. Tap your initials (top right of the home screen).
3. Tap ‘Your profile’.
4. Tap ‘About you’.
5. To change your address, tap the pencil icon under the Address option.
6. Enter your address details and tap ‘Continue’.
7. Check your address is correct and tap ‘Confirm’ to save it.
If you have a joint account or product with another person, you won’t be able to change your address on the app. You can visit us in branch to do this.

2. Click on Settings and select Profile.
3. Follow the instructions on screen to update your address.
AIB Internet Banking:
1. Log in to update your addresss by clicking the button below.
2. Follow the instrustions on screen.
Please Note:
- Internet Banking - You will need your AIB Card Reader.
- Branch accounts - this option is only available for sole account holders.
- Credit Cards - Only the Principal Card Holder has authorisation to change the address.
- To update your date of birth or surname, visit your local AIB branch with proof of identification.

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to change your address on the AIB app.

Log in to the AIB mobile app.

Tap on the Services menu.

Tap on Profile.

And then Address.

Select the country for the new address.

Now, enter the full address or the Eircode.

As you start entering the address, you’ll be given options that you can choose from.

Once you’re happy that the address you’ve entered is correct, click Continue.

To finally confirm the change of address, click Confirm.
