How do I retrieve the PIN for my AIB Card?

Make sure nobody is nearby to see or hear your PIN.

To find your debit card PIN:
1. Log in to the app.
2. Tap ‘Cards’ in the bottom menu.
3. If you have more than one debit card, scroll through the card carousel for the specific card you want and tap ‘Show PIN’.
4. A pop-up screen will appear, showing you your debit card PIN. Once you’ve memorised it, tap ‘I’ve memorised it’ to hide the PIN.
To hear your debit card PIN:
1. Check that voice over is toggled on in ‘Accessibility’ in your device settings.
2. Then, Log in to the app.
3. Tap ‘Cards’ in the bottom menu.
4. If you have more than one debit card, scroll through the card carousel for the specific card you want and tap ‘Show PIN’.
5. A pop-up screen will appear, showing you your debit card PIN. Tap on the PIN to hear it. Once you’ve heard and memorised it, tap ‘I’ve memorised it’ to hide the PIN.

3. Choose the relevant card and click on PIN Reminder
4. Follow the on screen instructions to complete your request.
Or click on your account or credit card in the Accounts screen and click on the Account Management button. Select PIN Reminder and follow the instructions on screen.
