What's New in Online & Phoneline Banking

Based on feedback and suggestions by our customers, we have made changes to Online Banking. Our new and improved Online Banking looks better and offers you easier access together with new functions like quick pay, which allows you to transfer money and pay bills to accounts you have already registered.

Quick Pay

Quick pay allow you to transfer money or pay a bill to your accounts in one step. The quick pay option is located at the top right of the account overview screen and is available on accounts already registered in Online Banking.

Mini statements

Mini statements allow you to view the 10 most recent transactions on your account. You can view these transactions by clicking on the plus ‘+’ sign beside each of your accounts on the accounts overview page.

eStatements

You can choose to receive your bank and credit card statements through Online Banking instead of receiving your paper statements through the post. It’s convenient, free of charge and gives you an opportunity to reduce the impact of your banking on the environment. For more information on eStatements visit our help site.

My credit cards

As well as viewing the balance of your credit card, you can manage your card through our self-service option. For example, you can ask to increase or reduce your credit card limit, ask for a replacement card or a PIN reminder or set up an authorised user.

Transaction search

Transaction search allows you to search up to a maximum of six months of account transactions or 100 or your most recent transactions.
