Based on feedback and suggestions provided by you our customers, we have made changes to AIB Internet Banking. The new and improved AIB Internet Banking looks better and offers you easier access to products and services plus great new functions like quick pay, which allows you to transfer money and pay bills in fewer clicks.
quick pay gives you the ability to Pay a Pill, Pay a Beneficiary or Transfer Money to your accounts in one step. The quick pay option is located at the top right of the Account Overview screen and is available on Payees already set up on AIB Internet Banking.
To use quick pay
1. Select the payment type you would like from the dropdown menu
2. Select the account you would like to debit
3. Select the account you would like to credit
4. Enter the amount, the requested digit of your PAC and click 'confirm' to complete the transaction
mini statements allow you to view the five most recent transactions on your account. You can view these transactions by clicking on the plus '+' sign beside each of your accounts on the Accounts Overview page.
quick apply offers you the option to apply for products available through AIB Internet Banking including credit cards, personal loans, car finance and savings accounts.
The browse & buy section will feature information on AIB products that may be of interest to you.
Here you will receive important service messages regarding security and system changes. Occasionally you will also receive messages from AIB informing you of new products and services that we believe are relevant to your financial needs.
Transaction Search allows you to search up to a maximum of 6 months of account transactions or 100 of your most recent transactions.
The extended list of AIB Credit Card self service options are now available by clicking 'Manage my Accounts' and then selecting the 'my credit card' tab. So you can request PIN reminders, set up or adjust credit card direct debits and apply for a credit card limit increase in one location.
