AIB Phone Banking is a telephone banking service offered to personal customers. This service offers customers the flexibility to conduct their banking transactions over the phone day or night. Registered customers can ring AIB Phone Banking on 0818 724 724 and use the self service facility for routine transactions. A Customer Service Adviser is available for non-routine transactions, or for customers who experience difficulties.
How AIB Phone Banking Works
With AIB Phone Banking you dial 0818 724 724 or +353 1 771 2424 from abroad. You then enter your security codes as requested and your main account balance is quoted to you automatically.
If you currently use Phone Banking, your registration number and PAC can also be used to access Internet Banking. To order a new PAC please call 0818 724 724.
