The reason the back button error message is being displayed when you sign using Microsoft Internet Explorer is because of an installation of Macromedia Flash, also known as Macromedia Shockwave. The install causing the problem is a corporate install of Macromedia Flash (.MSI file format), and is not restricted to any specific version.
To solve the problem, corporate users can remove the Macromedia Flash MSI installation from their machine builds and then download and install Macromedia Flash from the web as required. Below is the link required to download the standard form of macromedia, once the existing version of macromedia has been removed.
Alternatively you can download a different browser such as firefox from getfirefox.com. We recommend that home users download this browser and access the AIB website through Mozilla until the fix has been implemented in January.
