Use Text Top Up

Once registered it is easy to top up your phone any time, anywhere.

To top up your own registered phone with the default value of €15 you simply need to text topup to 50131.

Once you have submitted your request for credit you will receive a reply requesting three random digits from your PAC.

You must reply with the three digits within 15 minutes of receiving the PAC request otherwise your request for credit will be cancelled.

The three digits must be submitted without any space between them.

For example, if your three requested PAC digits were 3, 5 and 2 you should reply to 50131 with 352

You can top up your own registered phone with a value of between €10 and €40 (values only accepted as multiples of 5).

For this you need to text topup and your required value of top up (separated by a space) to 50131.

For example, if you wanted to top up your phone with €25 you would need to text topup 25 to 50131.

With Text Top Up it is possible to top up another pre-paid mobile phone.

To do this you need to text:

The word topup
The value you wish to top up
The mobile phone number of the phone you wish to top up
The mobile phone provider of the phone you wish to top up (vodafone, o2, meteor)

For example, if you wanted to top up a friends vodafone pre-pay phone with €15 you would need to text topup 15 0871234567 vodafone to 50131.

You can abbreviate the name of the provider to a single letter i.e. V (Vodafone), O (O2), M (Meteor).
