Logging On

Before using internet banking for the first time, or if you have recently received a new Personal Access Code, you will need to contact our customer service adviser team on 1890 24 24 24 (International +353 1 667 0024) to confirm receipt in order to use the service.

To log on you will need:

  • Your Registration Number
  • Your Personal Access Code (PAC)

Visit www.aib.ie/internetbanking.

Click on the 'Log in' link in the middle of the page. This will open a new window.

In the new window you will be asked firstly for your Registration Number. Enter this and click 'continue'.

On the next screen you will be asked for 3 random digits from your Personal Access Code (PAC), plus a further question based on information you have provided.

Enter the information requested and click 'continue'. You should have now logged on to the service.
