Logon Problems

Still not logged on?

If you have not been able to log in with the detials you have been given, try again.

Ensure that the numbers you have entered are correct.

You can only try 3 times after which, as a security feature, your internet banking service will be temporarily blocked.

If you have been blocked from the system you will be issued with a new Personal Access Code immediately. You will need to confirm receipt of this new PAC with our customer service adviser team on 1890 24 24 24 (International +353 1 6670024).

Have you been asked to call us?

If your Registration Number is used in 3 unsuccessful attempts to log into the internet banking service the system will temporarily block you from the service.

Do not panic!

This is a security feature. You will be advised on screen when this has happened and what you need to do to sort it out.

You will be required to phone AIB on 1890 24 2000 so they can check your details have not been compromised. Once satisfied they will unblock your account and you can log on again.
