Can I send account instructions via e-mail?

AIB are prohibited from accepting instructions from customers regarding their accounts over email for security reasons.

Please note: AIB will never email you requesting your Banking or Logon Details.

How can I change my details (e.g. address, account details) held by AIB?

Please contact our customer service adviser team on 1890 24 24 24 (International +353 1 6670024).

Enter your Registration Number, the requested digits of your PAC, and then dial 88 for a Customer Service Adviser. Any necessary checks and changes can be made immediately.

How can I set up utility accounts for Bill Payment?

To set up bills for payment, select 'bill pay', then select 'add bill'. Once you have entered the utility details, you can make payments to them immediately.

More detailed instructions can be found at "How do I set up utility accounts for bill payments".

This is not possible for ESB bills. For these you will need to contact our customer service advser team on 1890 24 24 24 (International +353 1 6670024).

How can I pay my Credit Card account bill?

To pay your credit card account bill, please select the 'bill pay' option and NOT the 'transfer money' option, within AIB Internet Banking.

What should I do if I have forgotten my Personal Access Code or Registration Number?

Please contact AIB Internet Banking on 1890 24 2000 (International +353 45 872301). They will be able to order new logon details for you.

When you receive your new PAC in the post, you will need to contact our customer service adviser team on 1890 24 24 24 (International +353 1 6670024) to verify receipt of it.
