You can manage your business account online securely, night and day, 365 days a year. It should only take a few minutes to complete the online application.

What do you need to complete the iBusiness Banking form?

Names of all users that you want to access iBusiness Banking.

Account details for all accounts you want to view on iBusiness Banking.

The date of the meeting to pass the iBusiness Banking resolution.

A printer to print the completed application form.

AIB strongly recommends that you name two users for authorising payments.
Please note, you must have two people to authorise payments and user changes for a School.
Please note, you must have two people to authorise payments for a Credit Union.
AIB strongly recommends that you name two users for authorising payments.
The amount in this box can not be equal to or greater than what's in the IBB daily payment limit box.

What do you need to do now?

  • Download and Print out the application form.
  • Arrange for the appropriate people to sign it, then return the form to your branch.
  • The Primary Client Contact will receive all Digipasses and the Local Administrator log in details on two separate days via standard mail.
  • If you want to submit a Payment file for your wages please complete the Payment Files (Credit Transfers) – Application or Amendment form from https://aib.ie/business/business-login/ibb-forms
