How secure is it?
The NCR ATM meets all international safety and security requirements (see brochure). NCR is a leading global provider of ATM and self service devices. The safe is reinforced to international standards, timelocked, and opens with a key for your added safety. In addition, it will be chemically bolted to the floor for maximum protection.
What will it do for my turnover?
Research has shown that in most cases the presence of an ATM in convenience stores has a positive effect on turnover. It is dependant on factors such as competitor behaviour, the availability of other ATMs in the area etc. We have evidence that it can increase turnover by as much as 15% when fully effective.
How many people will use this machine?
Research suggests that one in six customers will use the ATM. It also indicates increased footfall and increased average spend in your store.
How many transactions can I expect?
E.g. @ 10,000 customers a week, we can conservatively project 1600 transactions. At an average value of circa EUR80 this means a total machine payout of EUR18,000 daily.
Will I be trained and supported?
At installation nominated staff will be fully trained in the operation of the ATM. In addition we will supply you with a full operations manual and support you with 24/7 lo-call help desk.
How much will it cost me to install a machine?
We will pay for the telecommunication connections to your store. You will pay for any structural or electrical work to make the site ready for the ATM. AIB Bank will pay for the ATM and all costs directly associated with the installation.
