AIB Young Farmers Package - Online Banking Offer

In farming, sometimes it can be difficult to get the time to visit your local branch when you need to. As a registered AIB Phone & Internet Banking customer, banking online with AIB cuts out the need for you to visit your local branch when it is not convenient to do so. You can choose from either AIB Phone & Internet Banking and iBusiness Banking services which allow you the option to manage your farm finances online, depending on your needs.


iBusiness Banking (iBB)

iBB is an online banking service specifically designed for business customers who have more advanced online banking requirements. iBB enables you and multiple authorised users to complete transactions online securely and quickly.

To get you started, we'll give you free subscription to iBB for 2 years.

To qualify for 2 years free subscription to iBB customer must:

  • Apply for and open an AIB Young Farmer current account between 1st April 2011 and 30th March 2012 inclusive.

    AND
  • Subsequently complete an iBB application form and register for iBB between 1st April 2011 and 30th March 2012.

The iBB subscription Fee Offer will be for a period of two years (or such longer period as the Bank may allow) from the date of set up on iBB. At the end of the offer period, the standard iBB service charge of EUR50 per quarter will apply (or the applicable fee at that time). Customers must list their AIB Young Farmer Current Account as the first account in Section 2.1 of the iBB Application form.

AIB Phone & Internet Banking

You may find the AIB Phone & Internet Banking service is most suitable for securely carrying out the basic online transactions you need.

AIB Phone & Internet Banking offers you access to a range of banking services and products including:

  • Checking account balances and transactions
  • Making domestic payments
  • Making International Payments (not available on AIB Phone Banking)
  • Paying utility bills
  • Setting up and managing standing orders
  • Reconciling your statements online with eStatements
  • Mobile Top Up
  • One-off transfers

Note: You may need an AIB Code Card or Card Reader to use some of these services. You can find more information about the AIB Code Card or Card Reader at www.aib.ie/securitycentre

There is no specific charge for using the AIB Phone & Internet Banking Service. However, transactions are subject to standard fees and charges.
