Inactive Users On iBusiness Banking (iBB)
For security reasons, AIB strongly recommends that you regularly review the Users granted access to the iBusiness Banking system.
This will allow you to:
- Identify inactive Users who no longer require the access.
- Remove Users who have left the company or no longer require access
- Ensure that Users only use their own access credentials
It is good practice that Local Administrators regularly remove Users that no longer require access and return their Digipasses to the address outlined below to ensure that there can be no unauthorised usage of their access credentials.
